As a work at home mom, I totally get having a lot to manage on your plate! From diaper changes, bath time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. Not to mention cleaning up in between, taking care of the littles and yourself is a full time job. But if you are like me, you may also crave for something outside of your four walls, something that you can look forward to, something that brings in extra income and pushes you on a professional level.
I left a full time career when I became a mother. I am so incredibly grateful that I get to stay home and raise our daughter, but I knew I wanted to continue building my career and stay involved in the beauty and fashion industry. For me, finding AVON was so exciting! I couldn't sleep for a week after hearing about the opportunity to start my own beauty business. I finally reached out to another AVON rep. She was a single mom, who had been working her business for five years. Her enthusiasm sealed the deal, and I went right home and signed up.
There are 3 business start up kits, from $25!! I chose the $50 kit, as it was a retail value of over $190! And I was not disappointed with what they sent me to get started. As with any business, you need to work it to make it work! There are no "get rich quick" scams here!
This is about getting access to a recognized brand, a company that has been established for 130 years, that contributes to causes for women, reforestation, and are always developing products on the leading edge of science. This is also about getting the tools, training, and support you need to be successful, without having to go in to debt with inventory overhead and other start up costs.
With AVON's Kickstart Program, you can expect to earn $1000 in your first 90 days, while also building up a solid customer base.
What I have especially love about AVON, is they set you up with guided online training, as well as having encouraging mentors that you can reach out to at any time. I have found connection with other goal driven women that I was missing before. Like I have said before, being a stay at home mom is a wonderful blessing, but can also feel a little lonely at times. After becoming an AVON rep, I have had more reasons to step out of my comfort zone and connect with others. It is nice to have a way to reach out to your community (passing out catalogs) and connecting with new people you would have never met otherwise.
Another awesome tool that AVON provides for all reps is a FREE, customizable web site. One of the most expensive costs a new business must invest in is a website! And as a Work At Home Momma, you don't even have to stress about it! AVON takes care of updates, promotions, blog posts, you name it! Your job is to simply share your site and you are good to go!
Thanks to the internet, there are no shortage of opportunities for a Work At Home Momma to pursue. But for me, finding the AVON opportunity was the perfect fit. I love the products. I love the company. I love the footprint they are leaving on the world. And I love the flexibility and independence it allows for my life.
